It’s that time of year again, when we take stock of the year that’s now behind us and are ready to turn over a new leaf. The start of a New Year seems to be the perfect time for making goals and resolutions, which we call New Year’s Resolutions.

But we all know and statistics show that only 8% of people actually keep their resolutions. 

Join us on Jan. 25th which is around the time that resolution's get thrown out the window and let's reassess your goals, discuss common obstacles and blockages, create a sustainable plan, and have a little celebratory champagne toast while we are at it.
